Explore a shaded rainforest canopy, see chocolate trees and vanilla vines, taste fruits in season, hunt for a kukui nut, make a fern headband, and learn alot about Hawaii's unique flora.

Students have an adventure on our Guided Garden Walk. Guides identify plants important to Hawaii's history and cultural significance. Coloring books about Hawaii's plants and animals are also handed out.

Our tour is flexible and we work with teachers in customizing the tour to what the students are learning in class.

The Tour $3 per child (Hawaii student through age 12)

  • A 1 mile guided walk
  • 45 minute or 90minute tour
  • Tours through a valley and plateau
  • Informational booklet also given to each child

After the tour, school groups may stay and have lunch and do their own activities. There are tables, bathrooms, and a large grassed area to use.
